How does a virtual card work?
Virtual cards function just like regular cards, except they do not have a physical plastic form. By entering your virtual card details where you would normally enter your credit or debit card information, you can easily make purchases.
Where can I make purchases and payments?
A virtual card allows you to shop/pay for goods anywhere online cards are accepted, primarily in USD and other foreign currencies.
Can I top up my balance?
Yes. If it is a reloadable virtual Easy card, considering all fees and service charges.
No. If it is a prepaid card. The balance of such a card cannot be replenished.
What is the validity period of the cards?cards support 3D-Secure?
Yes. If it is a prepaid Visa virtual card, payment verification happens automatically, and you do not need to enter a code. You can also check the test charge deduction in the “Transactions” section of your personal account—this occurs when a service temporarily charges a small test amount.

What is the validity period of the cards?
Easy – 36 months
Prepaid – 60 days

What name should I put on the payment?
The advantage of a prepaid card is that it does not require KYC (Know Your Customer) verification, which is when services require identity verification and supporting documents. In our case, this is not needed, meaning prepaid cards are essentially anonymous.
This simplifies the process of obtaining a virtual card and makes it more secure. However, due to this, some merchants may request documents for payment verification. Therefore, we recommend providing your real first and last name. This way, if verification is requested, you can easily submit your documents and explain that you are using a virtual card for secure payments. In most cases, this is sufficient for the payment to be approved.
