# Virtual card

#### **1. Reloadable Virtual Cards**

\
**1.1.** Suitable for everyday purchases, shopping, flights, and hotel bookings worldwide.\
**1.2.** The cards support 3D Secure authentication. Authorization codes are delivered directly in the Telegram bot chat.\
**1.3.** The card is valid for 24 months from the date of issuance. After this period, it is automatically deactivated along with any remaining balance.

#### **2. Rates and Fees**

**2.1.** The card issuance fee is $3.

**2.2.** Payments and balance top-ups are made in USD using cryptocurrency.

**2.3.** The minimum top-up amount via USDT (TRC20) is $5.

**2.4.** The maximum monthly spending limit is $4,000.

**2.5. Transaction fees:**

* $0.2 fee per successful transaction&#x20;
* $0.5 fee for declined transaction

#### **3. Contactless Payments**

3.1. Cards on the Virtual plan can be added to Apple Pay and Google Pay, allowing you to pay contactlessly in stores, restaurants, hotels, and other locations that support contactless payments.

3.2. When adding your card to Apple Pay or Google Pay, a $0 verification transaction is used to link the card.

3.3. Sometimes a small fee may be charged for this transaction. The fee is deducted from your card balance and may result in a negative balance if there are not enough funds.

3.4. To avoid this, please check your balance before adding the card and make sure there is a small amount available.

#### 4. Refund Policy

**4.1.** Virtual cards under the Virtual plan are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.

**4.2.** Funds deposited to a virtual card under the Virtual plan are non-refundable.

#### 5. Restrictions and Prohibitions

**5.1.** The cards do not support transferring unused balances or manually deleting them with a refund to the internal wallet. Funds can only be used for online payments.

**5.2.** The cards do not support transfers or withdrawals to any other plastic or virtual cards.

**5.3**. Prohibited categories of goods and services:

* Adult (18+) content
* Online casinos and other gambling services
* Any services that violate applicable laws or regulations

**5.4.** Transactions involving restricted or sanctioned jurisdictions are not supported. Such transactions may be declined or blocked by the issuing bank in accordance with applicable regulations.

**5.5.** Repeated transactions with insufficient balance are not allowed. Users must ensure sufficient funds before making payments and remove the card from subscription-based services that may trigger automatic charges. Misuse may result in the card being permanently blocked by the issuing bank’s fraud prevention system.

**5.6**. Transactions involving merchants located in, or billing from, restricted or sanctioned countries are not supported. Such transactions may be declined, and the card may be blocked by the issuing bank in accordance with applicable regulations.
