Relopay is available to individuals who are legally able to enter into binding contracts. You must be at least 18 years old. Organizations and groups are not eligible — only individual users may hold an account. Each person may maintain only one account.
Can the Terms change?
Yes. Relopay may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. We recommend checking this page regularly, as continued use of the services means you accept the updated Terms.
What happens if I disagree with the Terms?
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should stop using the services and close your account. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
2. Account Security & Access
What are my responsibilities regarding my account?
You are responsible for:
Keeping your password secure and not sharing it with others.
Ensuring everyone who uses the services through your connection complies with these Terms.
Maintaining access to the email address used to register your account.
Notifying our support team promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
Can Relopay suspend or close my account?
Yes. Relopay may deny, suspend, or terminate your access at any time, with or without cause, and without prior notice. This includes situations where false or inaccurate information has been provided, these Terms have been violated, or activity is deemed suspicious or fraudulent.
How do I close my account?
You can request account closure at any time by contacting our support team.
3. Prohibited Uses
What activities are prohibited?
You may not use the services for any unlawful purpose or in a way that harms Relopay or other users. Prohibited activities include:
Creating more than one account per person.
Sharing, selling, or reselling your account or card details.
Using automated tools, bots, or scripts to access the services.
Attempting to circumvent geographic restrictions or risk management systems.
Using the services for self-dealing, money movement, or to exploit promotions or referral programs.
Sending funds in excess of legal and regulatory limits.
Any activity that violates applicable local, national, or international laws.
Are there prohibited purchase categories?
Yes. Certain transaction types are not permitted, including but not limited to:
Bank transfers, money orders, and cash disbursements.
Gambling, casinos, lotteries, and online gaming.
Dating and escort services.
Outbound telemarketing and direct marketing services.
Securities brokers and dealers.
Additionally, purchases from merchants in a number of countries are restricted. Please review the full list in the Terms before transacting.
4. Cards & Fees
Are there fees for using Relopay?
Yes. Purchases may be subject to processing fees. Relopay may also charge a purchase management fee for acquiring or using Relopay credit. Additional fees may apply for outgoing refunds and to deter misuse of the services. Depending on your location, withholding taxes may also apply.
What happens to a card's balance when it expires or a program ends?
Unless otherwise stated, an expiration fee equal to the remaining card balance will apply when a card expires. If a card program is terminated by its sponsor, a termination fee equal to the remaining balance will also apply.
Can I convert my card balance to cash?
No. Card balances cannot be redeemed for cash or refunded in fiat currency.
5. Refunds & Returns
Are purchases refundable?
Most purchases are non-refundable. Fees paid are generally not eligible for a refund, regardless of whether the service was used. You should always check the specific terms of each product before purchasing, as refund eligibility varies.
How are refunds issued when eligible?
For qualifying purchases made with virtual or digital currency, refunds are generally issued as Relopay credit, minus any transaction and handling fees. Refunds to the original payment method are considered on a case-by-case basis and, if approved, are valid for 30 days from the approval date. If payment details are not confirmed within that window, the refund is cancelled and cannot be reissued.
What about geographic restrictions on products?
Some products are only available in certain countries. If you use a geographic workaround to purchase a product not available in your region, you will be in violation of these Terms and your account may be suspended. Relopay will not provide a refund in these cases.
6. Source of Funds
Are there restrictions on where my funds come from?
Yes. Funds linked to sanctioned entities, sanctioned jurisdictions, or wallets associated with illicit activity may be restricted or subject to review. By using Relopay, you confirm that your funds comply with all applicable laws. If funds are deemed unacceptable, no refund or compensation will be provided.
7. Privacy & Communications
How does Relopay handle my data?
Your personal data is handled in accordance with the Relopay Privacy Policy. Certain services may require identity verification. Suspicious transactions may be reported to relevant authorities, and you may be asked to complete a customer identification process at any time.
Will Relopay contact me?
By using the services, you agree to receive electronic communications (email, SMS, push notifications, and calls), including automated messages for authentication, receipts, and reminders. Standard carrier rates may apply to text messages. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to text messages or following the unsubscribe instructions provided. Note that opting out may affect your ability to use certain features.
8. Liability & Legal
What is Relopay's liability?
Relopay and WTP Technology LLC are not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from your use of the services. All services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
What am I responsible for indemnifying?
You agree to hold Relopay, WTP Technology LLC, and their respective employees and partners harmless from any claims, losses, or expenses — including legal fees — arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the services.
Who owns the content and IP on the platform?
All intellectual property within the services belongs to WTP Technology LLC and its licensors. You are granted a limited license to view the content for personal use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercialize any materials from the services without written consent.
